Also gets great sunset views to the West. Lots of classic touches, like wood trim and doors and pockets doors from the bedroom to the living room.(Actually seller uses the living room as her bedroom, but could go either way). Beautiful floors and lots of storage are yours! Utilities are included in the HOA fee,(water, trash, gas, and electric). The building has a gorgeous rooftop deck with fantastic views. A great place to hang out with a glass of wine and watch the sunset. There is also a solarium on the 12th floor where you can sit and read a book, or use for a party. You are 1 block to Pine avenue and a couple more to the Pike at Rainbow Harbor. So many restaurants and fun things things to do right at your doorstep! For work convenience, the Metro line is a block away as well. Walk score of 95! Can't get much better than that.
